Scope
This policy applies to the Infinity Music World website and the contact, application and newsletter forms offered on it.
What we collect
When you submit a form, we process the data you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, organisation or company, country or city, role, links, messages and other details relevant to your enquiry or application. Newsletter sign-ups collect your email address only. We also process a hidden honeypot field for spam protection; it should remain empty and is not used to identify you.
Purposes and legal bases
We use form data to receive and respond to enquiries, applications and newsletter requests. Processing is based on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website. Where applicable law requires consent for analytics, analytics processing depends on that consent.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit the site, Vercel processes technical connection data such as IP address, request time, browser type and requested pages in server and security logs. Vercel acts as a processor on our behalf.
Form delivery
Form submissions are handled by our own server-side API routes. If email delivery is configured, messages may be transmitted through Resend (Resend, Inc.) or Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), depending on the active EMAIL_PROVIDER setting. If email delivery is not configured, submissions are accepted by the site but not forwarded by email until delivery is set up.
Analytics
The site includes code that can load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics 4 only when the corresponding public environment variables are set. By default, Google Consent Mode v2 is initialised with analytics storage denied. If analytics IDs are not configured, no Google analytics scripts are loaded. Event tracking functions in the site code only send data when analytics is available and permitted.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set its own marketing or preference cookies. If Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics 4 is enabled through configuration, Google may use cookies or similar technologies subject to your consent settings. We do not use any other third-party tracking services detected in this codebase.
Retention
Form submissions are retained only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or application and for any legally required record-keeping period. Server logs retained by our hosting provider follow Vercel’s standard retention practices. Analytics data, if enabled, is retained according to the settings of the configured Google service.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Germany, you may contact the authority responsible for your place of residence.
